At ClearView Counseling and Wellness, LLC, we specialize in ERP Therapy, individual and couples therapy, mental healing workshops for employers and clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure response and prevention therapy (ERP), trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychoeducation, narrative therapy and solution-focused interventions. We believe that every individual has unique needs, and we tailor our services accordingly. Our goal is to provide our clients with the tools and support they need to overcome challenges, provide education and empower them to achieve their personal goals.
